Extraordinary Circumstances The list below contains those member companies that are currently declaring extraordinary circumstances. This relieves them from having to locate and mark their underground facilities within the legal two full business day waiting period. However, some members will continue to locate and mark while declaring extraordinary circumstances and excavators are still to wait the legal waiting period. To tell if a member on your ticket has declared extraordinary circumstances, compare the member code to those appearing on your ticket.
