Sunshine State One Call offers free educational sessions and presentations, and an online program that can be used to earn continuing education credits toward a contractor's license.
Online Learning Caution: Utilities Below is SSOCOF''s online learning program that offers one continuing education credit toward your contractor's license upon successful completion. Users can also get this same learning program on CD without the CEU - perfect for educating a large number of people who do not need the education credit. In-person Learning Taught by four regional damage prevention liaisons, classes cover topics ranging from the legal requirements of Chapter 556, SSOCOF services and white lining to enforcement efforts. We also teach a one-hour class certified by the Construction Industry Licensing Board which offers one continuing education credit, course #0002053, providership #004-0001110.
