During part of the application process, you will develop a map of your service area. The computer uses this information to properly route tickets to members. The process of mapping your service area is done online through Irth Internet allowing you to make necessary changes when required. SSOCOF's Member Services Department was established to help members establish and update their service areas. Once changes are made, members MUST contact the Member Services Department so that the changes can be saved into production.
